Mr. Rajesh Kumar is a dynamic, self-starter first-generation entrepreneur who started the organisation in 2008 after gaining sizable working experience of more than 10 years having worked with different financial Institutions and his own business venture gaining more than reasonable experience in Sales & Marketing; Marketing Administrative Functions, Sales Promotions, Client Handling/Customer Care, Competition Analysis, Team Management etc.
He is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and professionally qualified in Sales and Marketing with never-tiring spirit and enthusiasm and always willing and ready to help its Clients 24 x 7.
Sumit Goyal (CA)
Mr. Sumit Goyal is a dynamic, young and leading Chartered Accountant a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also done a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He has worked for number of leading Chartered Accountancy Firms including M/s Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Gurgaon, J. C. Bhalla & Co., Noida, Dewan P. N. Chopra & Co., Delhi & Goel Garg & Co., Delhi.
His areas of specialisation are Statutory Audit of Corporates, Banks, Public Sector Companies, Listed Companies, Income tax Matters of Corporate, ROC Compliances, International and Domestic Transfer Pricing.
Harpreet Singh Uppal (Advocate)
A practicing lawyer, having a rich experience of more than 2 decades in litigation. He has been part of important projects like Tehelka Commission (Justice S.N. Phukan Commission of Inquiry), Ayodhya Commission( Justice Liberahan Commission of Inquiry), Ravi and Beas Water Tribunal and Naaz foundation case in High Court of Delhi.
A pass out of Campus Law Center, Delhi University, (CLC, D.U.), he was always an active member of legal and extra- curricular activities since his college days. He was a member of the moot court society and represented his college and university in different moot court competitions throughout India, getting laurels for his alma mater. He was adjudged the best speaker in the National Panel Moot Court Competition of Campus Law Center in 2002-03. He also won the internal rounds for the Stetson University, International Moot Court Competition, held in Florida, U.S.A in 2003-04.
Reema Sharma (CS)
She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate with over 7 years of rich professional experience as a Practicing Company Secretary. Having an exposure to work for leading CS firms and Merchant Bank in India, she has vast experience in the areas of Corporate Legal, Trademark, Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructuring, Fundraising and start up advisory matters.
She specialises in Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practice, SEBI Regulations and Compliances for listed and unlisted companies.
